Ambassador Susan Burk joins co-host Joe Cirincione for a discussion on the landmark Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). Opened for signature in 1968, the treaty commits states to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons and to negotiate general and complete disarmament.
